1. If you wish to register
Register
You can register any time while you browse the site. You also have option to register during check out. To register, please click "register" button on the top right side of our web page. Please enter your first name, last name, email address and pass word. After a successful registration, you will get a email from us.
Order
Please click "add to basket" button in the datasheets page of the products you are interested in. Or you can also remember their catalogue numbers and input them into the quick order form in the bottom left side of our webpage. All of them will be add to your basket.
Check out.
For your first time order, please fill the relevant information in the Check Out form, including shipping & billing address, purchase order or credit card number. For European customers, please provide the VAT number. Once you have filled the information, you need not to refill in the future.
2. If you do not wish to register
Please click "add to basket" button in the datasheets page of the products you are interested in, or input the catalogue numbers, if you have remembered them, in the quick order form in the bottom left side of our webpage, and finish ordering by filling necessary informations without registration.

Please feel free to order either by phone, fax, online or email using the contact information listed in Contact section. Information required includes shipping & billing address, purchase order or credit card number. For European customers, please provide the VAT number and Zero VAT certificate if applicable.

Please fill the attached order form with shipping & billing information in Section I, and then circle the service or combination of services in section II. Depending on the types of services ordered, please fill only one of the three parts with information about pre-made antigen, the gene description, or the peptide sequences. The project will start immediately one the form is faxed to 1-312-455-8498. You are encouraged to contact us for a technical discussion.

If you need Proteintech to produce Protein antigen:
Search our database to find the clone by its Genebank accession, gene symbol or by its description. If you find the clone or you have your own cDNA, download the order form at the Orders & Contact page. Fax us the form with cDNA identification number and your institution PO number, and mail us your cDNA template. A tech-support will call you to confirm the clone and work with you on the antigen design.
If you need Proteintech to produce peptide antigen:
We provide free design of peptide antigen. It starts by email us your protein sequence to: proteintech@ptglab.com If you already have decided the peptide antigen, please download the order form. Fill the form with necessary information, ignore any question that seems unrelated to you, sign and fax the form.
