Proteintech Group offers fusion protein production starting from the cloning of cDNA into the expression vectors ( Catalog# 90003). The customer will receive the expression cDNA plasmid and 1 mg of purified protein.
The service includes:
1) Design of the most antigenic and divergent coding region of 300 amino acids or less to serve as the antigen
2) PCR amplification of the desired coding region
3) Subcloning of the cDNA into any expression plasmid that the customer provided
4) Large Scale culture, induction, and purification of 1 mg of the fusion protein.
