Proteintech offers affinity purification of antiserum for customers with a prepared antigen (Catalog# 90006). The service includes an affinity purification column preparation and 30ml of antiserum purification with the column. The customer will receive the column, purified antibody, flow through, and the rest of the serum.

FAQs:

- How much antigen should I provide?

For a protein antigen, 1 mg of protein will be needed for each column. For a peptide antigen, 5 mg will be needed.

- How much antiserum should I provide?

Proteintech usually uses 30ml of antiserum for purification.

- How much purified antibody will I receive?

It depends on the concentration of the specific antibody in the serum provided. Usually we can get 2-10ml from 15ml of antiserum.

- In what form should I send the protein to Proteintech?

The protein should be dissolved in a Non-NH2 buffer. If it is a powder, please confirm if it is soluble.

- How do I order this service?
