Service Description:
Proteintech offers fusion protein production starting from expression vectors provided by the customer and immunization of two rabbits. Fusion protein production includes large scale culture, induction and purification of the fusion proteins. Generally, 2 mg of protein will be purified to immunize two rabbits. The customer can choose form one of the standard protocols for immunization. See catalog number 90001 for protocols. The customer will receive 100ug of fusion protein as a control protein and antiserum from two rabbits.
