Service Description:
Proteintech offers monoclonal antibody production for customers who have already prepared antigen (Catalog# 95001). The antigen will be immunized in 5-10 mice depending on the antigenicity determined by Proteintech. Spleen cells that are harvested will be fused with SP2/0 cells. After culture under selection pressure, the positive clones will be screened against the immunogen. The resulting positive clones will be further subcloned via dilution until stable monoclones are obtained.
Guarantee: Hybridoma cells, supernantants of culture, and ascites purified by caprylic acid/ammonium sulfate precipitation will be provided.
