Service Description:
Proteintech offers fusion protein production starting from the cloning of cDNA into the expression vector and monoclonal antibody production. (Catalog# 95013). Generally, 2 mg of protein will be purified for further use. For more details on fusion protein production, please see Catalog# 90003. The antigen will be immunized in 5-10 mice depending on the antigenicity determined by Proteintech. Spleen cells harvested will be fused with SP2/0 cells. After culture under selection pressure, the positive clones will be screened against the immunogen. The resulting positive clones will be further subcloned via dilution until stable monoclones are obtained.
Guarantee: Hybridoma cells, supernantants of culture, and ascites purified by caprylic acid/ammonium sulfate precipitation will be provided.
