1. How do I place an order? .
Orders may be placed via the telephone, fax, mail, or website. Ordering information includes customer telephone number, fax number, complete billing address, complete shipping address, catalog numbers, product names, quantity ordered and price.

1. Find the antibody you want to order and link to the datasheet;
2. Select the Country/Region you want to order then click 'Add to cart';

3. Please click 'Check Out' after you finish;

4. You are required to fill information by steps:
a) If you already have an account, please enter your E-mail address and password;
b) If you do not have an account, please enter your information for a new user;
c) You may also order it without registering.

5. Enter the promotion code (if any) here, and the system will automatically tell the amount of your discount.

You are also required to enter 'Contact Information', 'Shipping Address', 'Payment', 'Billing Address' and 'Additional Instructions'.

6. Review your information in Step 4 and click 'Next Step' to complete your order.
7. We will send you a confirmation email once you have completed your order.
2. How can I tell if an antibody is in stock?
We are proud of manufacturing all our own antibodies and aim to maintain a full inventory at all times. We regularly update our website to provide you the most recent information. If your antibody of interest is in stock if will you find the price information appearing in the top right corner of the antibody information page.
3. Do you have a distributor in my country?
To minimize damage to antibodies during the delivery process, we deliver using an overnight courier from the nearest office or distributor to your address. Please see our distributor list to find a distributor in your country. If you cannot find a distributor in your country, please contact us for delivery information.
4. What is the difference between -1- and -2- in your catalog numbers (e.g. 10782-1-AP and 10782-2-AP)?
Matching -1- and -2- antibodies are sourced from the same rabbit, but in different lots. The two antibodies are purified at different times and the antigens used to purify the antibodies were also taken from different batches (lots).
5. How do I know the lot no. of the antibodies I have received?
Owing to our increasing numbers of antibody and recombinant protein products, we are currently developing a barcode system to track order lot numbers. While the barcode system is being developed, the old tracking system still applies. If there is a lot no. on the label on your product tube, for instance 10638-1-AP Lot 1, this indicates your antibody was purified from Lot 1. If there is no lot number but a barcode on your tube, please contact us for your lot information.
6. Can I order an antibody that is not stored in glycerol?
Yes, you can. Please contact us if you need this specification.
7. Does Proteintech offer a custom antibody production service? How do I order it?
We provide a wide variety of custom services including cloning, protein expression, peptide synthesis, immunization, monoclonal and polyclonal antibody production, affinity purification and pre-made western blot membranes. Please see Custom Production for more information.
8. How do I know if my order has been received by Proteintech?
We confirm receipt of all orders by e-mail or by fax. If you have not heard from us within 24 hrs (Mon-Thurs) please contact us to confirm we have received your order.
9. How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order.
10. What forms of payment do Proteintech accept?
You can use a Purchase Order Number or credit card to place an order. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer (BACS) and by debit or credit card. If this is your first order with Proteintech, please provide a VAT or FEIN number or equivalent.
11. What is the policy for receiving a free sample from Proteintech?
We are willing to send free antibody samples that are still in testing in our lab. However, you do need to agree to share your results with us. In addition, we may offer you one more sample for free if you send your results and include figures.
12. How does Proteintech monitor quality control for different lots?
We treat different lots as “new antibodies”. We test every new lot in all the applications side-by-side with the old lot.
13. I just ordered an antibody. Is it possible for you to provide some cell lysate that you have used as a positive control for this antibody?
