We are seeking a highly motivated sales manager based in the US responsible for the sales of our Humankine GMP-grade product line specifically in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.  Our Humankine product line consists of recombinant proteins, cytokines and growth factors created in a proprietary human expression system ensuring native conformation and post-translational modifications to optimize biological activity.


  • Manage the protein sales process for accounts across the US
  • Visit key prospects and customer accounts to build strong relationships
  • Develop new business and existing sales opportunities and close sales  
  • Perform sales analysis and develop and execute annual sales plan
  • Determine market trends within the cell therapy, immunology and stem cell markets
  • Respond to customer enquiries while working closely with our protein production team
  • Develop a strong, working technical knowledge of product portfolio to best address customer needs
  • Communicating and training customers and distributors on the unique selling points of the Proteintech products


  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or similar subject
  • 10+ years of experience in sales for life science and biotech products or services
  • Workflow knowledge and experience selling at senior levels in the cell therapy, immunology and stem cell markets preferred
  • Ability to work in a self-directed capacity and have business acumen in the industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with excel and CRM salesforce
  • A flexible schedule and 50-75% overnight travel are required
  • International Business experience beneficial
  • PhD preferred
