Multicolor Immunofluorescence Imaging Masterclass by Dr Karolina Szczesna. In cooperation with the Center for Molecular Medicine Cologne (CMMC).
The talk will present a guide to IF experiments, covering a brief experiment design, fixation, permeabilization, antibody staining, and the mounting step. The talk will also focus on how to choose the best microscope to answer the experimental question in the most efficient manner.
