  FC experiment of HeLa using CL647-14348

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CRCP (CL647-14348) (red), or 0.2 ug isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
