IP with Spot-Trap® Nanobodies

The ChromoTek Spot-Trap^® is an affinity matrix for immunoprecipitation of Spot-tagged proteins.
It consists of an anti-Spot-Tag Nanobody/ V_HH, which is conjugated to agarose beads, magnetic agarose beads, or solid magnetic particles.
