Background Information
CHST1 (Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 1) exhibits galactose-6-sulfotransferase activity, High CHST1 expression is closely associated with poor prognosis in GC and is correlated with the infiltration of tumor immune cells. CHST1 is involved in the regulation of multiple oncogenes and tumor pathogenesis (PMID: 39944327).
