FH Dibyendu (Verified Customer) (04-30-2025) | I am writing regarding catalog number [A14003-1-AP] against [IGSF11]. Unfortunately, this antibody has proven unsuitable for our Western blot applications. In our hands it produces multiple non-specific bands across the entire cell lysate, and we are unable to distinguish any difference between knockdown and wild-type samples. As a result, we cannot reliably identify the target protein band, and the reagent has not yielded any usable data. Due to the promiscuity of the antibody we are even unsure of the results obtained from our IHC results using human cancer tissue samples. Could you please advise on a suitable alternative antibody clone or arrange for a refund? We appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue swiftly. Thank you for your prompt attention.
