Reviews
What customers say
The sole review for this product is negative (1/5 stars), posted by a researcher in November 2018. The user tested the antibody on postnatal mouse cerebellum tissue (P2–P14) for both Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Despite trying multiple lysis buffers and blocking conditions (5% milk or 2% BSA), the antibody failed to produce results at dilutions of 1:100 to 1:1000. No positive outcome was reported for either application.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
Juan Pablo (Verified Customer) (11-29-2018) | I tried with different lysis buffer. I tried blocking with 5% milk or 2% BSA. Never worked for me. Didn't work for immunohistochemistry either dilution 1:1000 and 1:100.
