Terms and conditions

These terms apply to requests for the Proteintech 2027 Immunofluorescence Imaging Calendar (the "Calendar"), offered by Proteintech ("Proteintech", "we", "us"). By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

1. The offer

The Calendar is offered free of charge in printed and digital formats. No purchase is necessary. This is a free request offer, not a prize draw or competition, and no element of chance is involved.

2. Eligibility

• Requests are open to researchers and laboratory staff aged 18 or over who work at an academic, research, clinical, or commercial institution.
• Printed Calendars are available only for delivery to eligible countries in Europe, the US, and Canada. Eligible countries are those listed in the request form.
• Printed Calendars cannot be shipped to Albania, Armenia, Bahrain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, India, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, or the United Arab Emirates. Researchers in these countries may contact their local Proteintech Account Manager or representative, or visit Proteintech events, where printed Calendars may be available subject to availability. This is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
• The digital Calendar is available worldwide, except where providing it would breach applicable laws, sanctions, or export controls.
• Employees of Proteintech and its group companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for printed Calendars.

3. How to request

• Requests must be submitted using the form on this page. Requests made any other way will not be accepted.
• You must provide a valid institutional email address. Printed Calendar requests also require a full institutional shipping address in an eligible country. Personal or home addresses, PO boxes, and freight forwarding addresses will not be accepted.
• One printed Calendar per person. We may also limit the number of printed Calendars sent to a single institution or address.
• We may decline any request that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, or that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

4. Availability and allocation

• Requests open on November 2, 2026. The offer closes when printed stock runs out, or earlier if we withdraw it.
• Printed Calendars are limited and allocated at our discretion while stocks last. Submitting a request does not guarantee a printed Calendar.
• We are not obliged to notify you if your request for a printed Calendar cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

• Printed Calendars are sent free of charge to the institutional address provided. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Institutional and gift policies

The Calendar is a promotional item of nominal value. It is not offered in return for, or to influence, any purchase, recommendation, or business decision. You are responsible for making sure that accepting it complies with your institution's policies and any laws that apply to you, including rules on gifts to healthcare professionals or public officials. If you are not permitted to accept it, please do not submit a request.

7. Use of the Calendar and images

• The Calendar is for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred for value. No cash or other alternative is offered.
• The digital Calendar may not be modified, redistributed, or published, in whole or in part.
• All images remain the property of Proteintech or their respective creators and are reproduced with permission. They may not be reused without prior written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Proteintech is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this offer or the Calendar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Data and privacy

We use the personal data you provide to process your request and deliver your Calendar, in line with applicable data protection law and the Proteintech Privacy Policy. We will only send you marketing communications where you have given your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Changes to the offer

We may change, suspend, or withdraw this offer or these terms at any time without notice. The version published on this page applies.
