DEAH (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp/His) box polypeptide 57 (DHX57), also named as DDX57, is a member of the DEAH subfamily within the Dead box protein family which is involved in modifications of RNA secondary structure such as translation initiation, nuclear and mitochondrial splicing, and ribosome and spliceosome assembly. This antibody reacts with 150 kDa DHX57 protein.
