What makes our guarantee different?

With Proteintech’s Guarantee policy, there is no need for lengthy communication, send extensive data, or negotiate for what you need. You are always one email, chat, or phone call away from the solution that is right for you.

We are happy to provide technical support, but this step is not required to receive a refund, replacement, or exchange.

  1. Product must be purchased within 6 months of refund date.
  2. The Proteintech Guarantee only covers pre-made antibodies. It does not include PBS only antibodies, HumanKine Proteins, ChromoTek products, or custom service products.
  3. If you bought a Proteintech product through one of its approved distributors rather than from Proteintech directly, the Distributor’s refund policy may differ slightly from the policy explained above. For clarification please contact your local distributor.
  4. Refund amount equals the price paid by the customer for the product and shipping.
  5. The shipping refund is limited to a maximum of $40 (or €39 in Europe, $60 in Canada). If the customer paid the shipping cost using their shipping account, then the shipping cost cannot be included in the refund amount.
  6. If the product was purchased using a promotional, discounted or sale price, the customer receives a refund of that same promotional, discounted or sale price as purchased.
  7. If one of the products are part of a buy one get one free promotion, the customer will receive the average price per product in product refund amount. For example, if they purchase one product at $299 and receives a second for free, then the average price per product is $149.50 (or €149.50 in Europe, £109.50 in the UK). If the customer returns one product from this promotion, product refund amount will be $149.50 (or €149.50 in Europe, £109.50 in UK).
  8. If one of the products are part of a buy two get one free promotion, the customer will receive the average price per product in antibody refund amount. For example, if the customer purchases two products at $299 each and receives a third for free, then the average price per product is $199.30. If the customer returns one product from this promotion, the product refund amount will be $199.30 (or €199.30 in Europe, £146 in the UK)
  9. The customer can substitute the refund for a replacement product or credit of same value as refund amount.
  10. Free samples or products at no cost do not apply.
  11. Refund is non-transferable.
