Background Information
Riboflavin kinase (RFK) is an essential enzyme that catalyzes the phosphorylation of riboflavin (vitamin B2) to form flavin mononucleotide (FMN), an obligatory step in vitamin B2 utilization and flavin cofactor synthesis(PMID:12623014). RFK is rate-limiting in the synthesis of FAD, an essential prosthetic group of NADPH oxidase.

FH Tatyana (Verified Customer) (01-21-2023) | Works well in mouse tissue for IHC and WB. Standard antigen retrieval procedure and DAB IHC detection were used in the mouse spinal cord (overnight incubation at 4C). The protein primarily neuronal expression, showing weak but clean and clear signal. WB was done with semi-dry transfer and 4% milk in TBST.
