  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-67701

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human HNRNPF (CL488-67701, Clone:2E7A4) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL488-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Informations générales

HNRNPF, also named as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F,is a 415 amino acid portein, which contains 3 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domains. HNRNPF is expressed ubiquitously in various tissues and localizes in the nucleus. HNRNPF is a component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. HNRNPF plays a role in the regulation of alternative splicing events.
