  WB result of ACADSB antibody (13122-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ACADSB transfected HepG2 cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

I used HeLa whole cell extract with Licor secondary antibody. It recognize possible ACADSB but I also get many unspecific bands especially around 70 kDa much specific binding.
