  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 68350-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 68350-1-Ig (ACAN antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 68350-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using ACAN antibody (68350-1-Ig, Clone: 1G11B3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HEK-293-Zellen

Aggrecan (ACAN), also named CSPCP, AGC1 and MSK16, belongs to the aggrecan/versican proteoglycan family (also including versican, brevican and neurocan). It is a major component of the extracellular matrix of cartilaginous tissues. A major function of aggrecan is to resist compression in cartilage. It binds avidly to hyaluronic acid via an N-terminal globular region.
