  WB analysis of Jurkat using 82967-4-RR (same clone as 82967-4-PBS)

  WB result of ACAP1 antibody (82967-4-RR; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ACAP1 transfected Jurkat cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82967-4-RR (ACAP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using ACAP1 antibody (82967-4-RR, Clone: 230370D5 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 82967-4-RR (same clone as 82967-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug ACAP1 Recombinant antibody (82967-4-RR, Clone:230370D5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82967-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82967-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82967-4-RR against Human ACAP1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

ACAP1, also named as Centaurin-beta-1, is a 740 amino acid protein, which is expressed Highly in lung and spleen. ACAP1 as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for ADP ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) is required for clathrin-dependent export of proteins from recycling endosomes to trans-Golgi network and cell surface and required for regulated export of ITGB1 from recycling endosomes to the cell surface and ITGB1-dependent cell migration.
