  WB analysis using 17571-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17571-1-AP (ACOX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse liver using 17571-1-AP

  IP result of anti-ACOX2 (IP:17571-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:17571-1-AP 1:300) with mouse liver tissue lysate 6000ug.

  IHC staining of human liver using 17571-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue slide using 17571-1-AP (ACOX2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using ACOX2 antibody 17571-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:2000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:10-1:100
