  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22862-1-AP (ACSM2A antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen

ACSM2A(Acyl-coenzyme A synthetase ACSM2A, mitochondrial) is also named as ACSM2, MACS2 and belongs to the ATP-dependent AMP-binding enzyme family. It acts as a medium-chain fatty acid : CoA ligase with the caculated molecular weight of 64 kDa and acts on acids from C(4) to C(11) and on the corresponding 3-hydroxy- and 2,3- or 3,4-unsaturated acids.
