  WB analysis using 84444-1-RR (same clone as 84444-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84444-1-RR (ACSM5 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84444-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 84444-1-RR (same clone as 84444-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 84444-1-RR (ACSM5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84444-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 84444-1-RR (same clone as 84444-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ACSM5 Recombinant antibody (84444-1-RR, Clone:241400E7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84444-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84444-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84444-1-RR against Human ACSM5 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
