  WB analysis using 68439-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68439-1-Ig (ACTR3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse spleen using 68439-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue slide using 68439-1-Ig (ARP3/ARP3B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Hintergrundinformationen

ARP3 (also known as ACTR3) is a major constituent of the ARP2/3 complex that is necessary for nucleating actin polymerization at filament branches. ARP3 localizes to the lamellipodia of stationary and locomoting fibroblasts. Overexpression of ARP3 has been reported in several types of cancer cells. This antibody recognizes endogenous ARP3 and may cross-react with ATCR3B.
