  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-68037

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ACTR3B antibody (CL488-68037, Clone: 1G12C6 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-68037

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human ACTR3B (CL488-68037, Clone:1G12C6) (red), or 0.4 ug x. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
