  WB analysis using 10086-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10086-1-AP (ACVR1B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 10086-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10086-1-AP (ACVR1B Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 10086-1-AP

  DMSO treated HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10086-1-AP (ACVR1B Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

ACVR1B (ALK4, activin A receptor type 1B) is a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily member (PMID: 37020544). A potential role for ACVR1B in regulating muscle mass is that it is part of the transforming growth factor b (TGFb) pathway regulating myostatin (PMID: 21063444).
