  WB analysis of K-562 using 10791-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10791-1-AP (Alpha adducin antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ovarialkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: Maushirngewebe
