  WB analysis of Jurkat using 13197-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13197-1-AP (AFF4 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13197-1-AP (AFF4 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
