  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30923-1-AP (AHCTF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 30923-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using AHCTF1 antibody (30923-1-AP) at dilution of 1:800 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red).

AHCTF1 was expressed at higher levels in embryonic liver, spleen and thymus compared to the corresponding adult tissues (PMID: 11952839) and has 3 isoforms with MW of 252~256 kDa.
