  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug AHR Recombinant antibody (83369-6-RR, Clone:240325G9) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83369-6-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug AHR Recombinant antibody (83369-6-RR, Clone:240325G9) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor that has been largely regarded as a mediator of xenobiotic metabolism (PMID:18483242). It plays a part role in physiologic activities, including attenuation of the acute phase response, cytokine signaling, T helper (TH) 17 immune cell differentiation, modulation of NF-κB activity, and regulation of hormonal signaling (PMID:20423157,18540824). It also mediates transcription factor sequestering away from a gene promoter or tethering of the AhR to a transcription factor on a promoter. AHR calculated molecular masses differ by <10%, compared with the apparent molecular masses predicted from SDS-PAGE for the two receptors (105 and 95 kDa, respectively). (PMID: 8246913)
