  WB analysis using 30517-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30517-1-AP (AK6 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 30517-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 30517-1-AP (AK6 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

It is encoded by the AK6 gene located on chromosome 5q13.2. AK6 is a dual-activity enzyme, possessing both adenylate kinase and ATPase activities.
