  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 30552-1-AP

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30552-1-AP (AKAP11-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 30552-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 30552-1-AP (AKAP11-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
