  WB analysis of mouse liver using 10730-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10730-1-AP (AKR7A2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mauslebergewebe, A431-Zellen, HEK-293-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

AKR7A2(Aflatoxin B1 aldehyde reductase member 2) is also named as AFAR, AFAR1, AKR7 and belongs to the aldo/keto reductase family. AKR7A2 enzyme is catalytically active toward aldehydes arising from lipid peroxidation, suggesting a potential role against the consequences of oxidative stress, and representing an important detoxication route in mammalian cells (PMID:22001351).
