  WB analysis using 10368-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10368-1-AP (ALDH7A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using ALDH7A1 antibody (10368-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

It plays a major role in the detoxification of aldehydes generated by alcohol metabolism and lipid peroxidation. This protein has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
