  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67372-1-Ig (ALDH9A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

ALDH9A1 has a high activity for oxidation of gamma-aminobutyraldehyde and other amino aldehydes. ALDH9A1 catalyzes the dehydrogenation of gamma-aminobutyraldehyde to gamma-aminobutyric acid. ALDH9A1 has 3 isoforms with the molecular mass of 46-56 kDa.
