  WB analysis of pig liver using 67532-1-Ig

  pig liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67532-1-Ig (AMT antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 67532-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using AMT antibody (67532-1-Ig, Clone: 3E7D4 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (Cat.NO. RGAM004 ).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 67532-1-Ig

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assay of 67532-1-Ig against Human AMT was performed. The affinity constant is 8.85 nM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
