  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27701-1-AP (ANKRD17 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 27701-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 27701-1-AP (ANKRD17 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

ANKRD17 belongs to the family of ankyrin repeat-containing proteins, and contains two distinct arrays of ankyrin repeats in its amino-terminal region. It also contains a nuclear export signal, nuclear localization signal, and a cyclin-binding RXL motif. Localization of this protein to the nucleus has been shown experimentally, and interactions between this protein and cyclin-dependent kinase 2 have been observed.
