  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24034-1-AP (ANKRD27 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

We have tested the ANKRD27 antibody in Neuro2a, MelJuSo and HeLa cells. While the antibody works in the human cell lines tested, we could not see the same band in the Neuro2a lysates.
