  WB analysis of HeLa using 24283-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24283-1-AP (ANKRD53 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

The function of ANKRD53 is still non-known and need to be further studied. Ankyrins are membrane adaptor molecules that play important roles in coupling integral membrane proteins to the spectrin-based cytoskeleton network.
