  FC experiment of PC-3 using 83929-2-RR

  1x10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anxa5 Recombinant Antibody (83929-2-RR, Clone:240621B10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83929-2-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anxa5 Recombinant Antibody (83929-2-RR, Clone:240621B10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83929-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83929-2-RR against Human ANXA5 were performed. The affinity constant is 18.2 nM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Annexin A5 (ANXA5), is a member of the structurally related family of annexin proteins some of which have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. Annexin 5 is a phospholipase A2 and protein kinase C inhibitory protein with calcium channel activity and a potential role in cellular signal transduction, inflammation, growth and differentiation. Annexin 5 has also been described as placental anticoagulant protein I, vascular anticoagulant-alpha, endonexin II, lipocortin V, placental protein 4 and anchorin CII.
