  IF Staining of HeLa using 82877-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using APOL6 antibody (82877-2-RR, Clone: 230162E11 ) at dilution of 1:100 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).

  FC experiment of U2OS using 82877-2-RR

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug APOL6 Recombinant antibody (82877-2-RR, Clone:230162E11)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82877-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82877-2-RR against Human APOL6 were performed. The affinity constant is 13.8 nM.
