  WB analysis using 85648-2-RR (same clone as 85648-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85648-2-RR (ARHGAP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:30000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85648-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85648-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85648-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85648-2-RR against Human ARHGAP4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.518 nM.
