  WB analysis using 15006-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15006-1-AP (ARIH2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of HeLa using 15006-1-AP

  IP result of anti-ARIH2 (IP:15006-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15006-1-AP 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 1200ug.

• 

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 15006-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using 15006-1-AP (ARIH2 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
