  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL594-66732

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594-conjugated ARNT,HIF1B antibody (CL594-66732, Clone: 3B12C5 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL488-Phalloidin (green).

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-66732

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human ARNT,HIF1B (CL594-66732, Clone:3B12C5) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL594-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

HIF1B, also named as ARNT, is a 789 amino acid protein, which forms a heterodimer with AHR, AHRR, HIF1A and EPAS1/HIF2A as well as with other bHLH proteins. HIF1B is Required for activity of the Ah (dioxin) receptor. This protein is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding.
