  WB analysis using 14099-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14099-1-AP (ASAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 14099-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 14099-1-AP (ASAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 14099-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 14099-1-AP (ASAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 14099-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using ASAP3 antibody (14099-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mauslungengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

ArfGAP with SH3 domain, ankyrin repeat, and PH domain 3 (ASAP3) is a specific ARF6 GTPase-activating protein (GAP), also termed DDEFL1 and ACAP4, which comprises ArfGAP and ankyrin repeat (ANK) domains in the C-terminus and BAR and PH domains in the N-terminus.ASAP3 is considered to be an important regulator in cancer cell migration/invasion and actin-based cytoskeletal remodeling.
