  WB analysis using 68326-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68326-1-Ig (AZI2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 68326-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using AZI2 antibody (68326-1-Ig, Clone: 2F1G5 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

I tested this antibody in WT vs NAP1 KO cells. It gave me 2 bands. One of them is actual band and other one is nonspecific one I guess. They are very close to each other and hard to separate them unfortunately.
