  WB analysis of human plasma using 83678-3-RR

  human plasma were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83678-3-RR (Alpha-1-microglobulin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Alpha 1 microglobulin Recombinant antibody (83678-3-RR, Clone:240751G7) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83678-3-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Alpha 1 microglobulin Recombinant antibody (83678-3-RR, Clone:240751G7) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83678-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83678-3-RR against Human Alpha 1 microglobulin were performed. The affinity constant is 6.59 nM.

Alpha 1 microglobulin, also known as HI30, is a 27-30 kDa glycoprotein, present in various body fluids. It belongs to the lipocalin superfamily of hydrophobic ligand-binding proteins forming an internal ligand-binding pocket. The protein acts as a mediator of bacterial adhesion to polymer surfaces and is involved in inhibiting renal lithogenesis.
