  WB analysis using 31090-1-AP

  NCI-H1299 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31090-1-AP (Atox1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse heart using 31090-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse heart tissue slide using 31090-1-AP (Atox1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
